If your order is over £30, or if you are taking up a subscription, you will receive Free Standard Shipping within the United Kingdom, including Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey.
For orders under £30 in the UK, standard shipping is £2.95
We use Evri and Royal Mail for both our Standard Shipping.
Please be aware, delivery dates are only estimates, but we'll do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can't be held liable for any delay in delivery or performance.
All delivery estimates are not inclusive of the day of dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
This section refers to products only and excludes all services.

If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a partial refund.
If you simply change your mind and would like to return a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a partial refund but it must be unopened and in new condition.
Partial refunds are when we will calculate the cost of shipping charges and take this off the full refund value. As a small business, shipping and returns costs can be expensive and we may take the value of the delivery and returns cost off the value of your order.
We require proof of purchase to honor a refund. If you provide us your information when you check out, we will typically have a record of your purchase. Otherwise we require a physical receipt as confirmation.
Please include your proof of purchase, and an explanation stating the reason/s for your dissatisfaction, in the package of products you wish to return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
All returns must be in its original packaging. If the product is not in its original packaging we reserve the right to offer a partial refund only.
We will not be liable to refund you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 30 days of the product being delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
