I have started taking 2 capsules everynight , its been 2weeks.
I have fibromyalgia so i usually dont sleep well because of the pain but these have been an absolute miracle for me!
I take them about an hour before bed and i start to relax, i feel sleepy and my muscles feel relaxed and i have been sleeping all night, after many years of restless nights.
I would highly reccommend !

I have been taking this magnesium for 4 years to help with insomnia. Also I take cordyceps militaris mushroom powder, omega 3 and glycine . Then I combine at night magnesium +glycine and collagen bovine to give more glycine and has improved my sleep. Omega 3 and mushrooms I take after lunch.

Product arrived, lid was open with capsules loose in the bag. Foil seal was stuck to the inside of the lid which was loose in the bag also.
3/5 the previous product was excellent but half of this delivery is unusable as it is loose in packaging.
